Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated with authentic furniture from the region, offering stunning views of the pool, the sea, and the city of Doha day and night. However, the prices for drinks at the pool bar were quite high, and the tea and coffee facilities in the room were not up to standard.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of wonderful and not so great moments. The rooms were beautifully decorated in Arabic design, spacious, and had a large bathroom, but privacy was lacking. The service provided by Panduka, Doanna, Shakira, Yogesh, and Sahadat was exceptional, making our experience truly memorable. The location was not central but offered excellent views and good service, though the surrounding plastic waste was disappointing. The dining experience at Al Liwan was delightful, with a variety of delicious food, although the staff seemed busy and overwhelmed. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The ocean view suite was very nice, clean, and very spacious with a balcony that reminded me of the one we had at Fairmont Ajman 2 years ago. The hygiene and cleanliness were impressive. However, the prices for drinks were a bit high, especially £8 for a cup of tea and poor tea/coffee facilities in the room.
The hotel is so close to the sea, and the rooms are huge and quite spacious. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly, going beyond to fulfill every wish. The location provides lots of room for a private space with stunning views of the city. While the dining was excellent with a variety of options, the separate additional charges for meals could be considered exorbitant.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were fabulous, making me feel so cozy that I didn't want to leave my bed. The garden view and background music created a soothing ambiance, and the 9 mini bottles of mineral water provided daily were a thoughtful touch.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were done up beautifully for our celebration and were very clean and tidy, though a bit dated for my taste. They were spacious and well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and a mini bar. The service was top-notch, with extremely nice staff who served every customer with happiness and honesty, especially Mustapha who made me feel right at home. The location was fantastic, offering convenience and closeness to the airport and tourist attractions, although the noise from the nearby open-air nightclub disturbed my sleep sometimes. The dining experience was a mix; while the selection of local and seafood dishes was amazing, my husband and I had a hard time getting what we wanted at times, and the pricing for additional meals at the hotel felt a bit steep. The facilities overall were great, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
